Dave Glennie, CET, RHI, Certified Energy Advisor
Dave is a Registered Home Inspector (RHI) and the proud owner of Sensible Home Inspections. s an RHI he brings a wealth of experience to your home inspection experience. Since 1991 he’s completed over 12,000 home inspections energy audits.
From 2016 to the end of 2021, Dave was an instructor at Holland College for the Energy Systems Engineering Technology (ESET) program. Along with the deep satisfaction of being able to participate in the education of our young (and not so young), this experience has given him the opportunity to expand my own engineering knowledge. This is particularly true when discussing energy use and building energy saving.
Tyson Paquet, Certified Energy Advisor

Clay is the newest member of our energy auditing team. He is a 2023 graduate of the ESET program at Holland College. All of the same tributes that he demonstrated while studying at the college, such as precision and thoroughness, are now ready to put to work on your next energy audit.
Lolita Frizzell, Administrator
Lolita graduated from the Medical Support Services Program at Holland College in May of 2017 with certificates in Medical Administration and Health Unit Coordinator. In the last few years, she has worked in the health care field in many different capacities running a very busy walk-in clinic and was the medical secretary in a fast-paced family physician office. Lolita is looking forward to the next chapter in her life and helping Islanders achieve greener homes so that the next generation has a brighter future to look forward to.
